Can I switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa)?

What formats are available?
We currently support MP3 (standard audio), MP3 HD (high quality audio), and MP4 (standard video). MP4 HD and MP4 4K Ultra HD formats are in development and will be available soon for PREMIUM members.
Is it possible to convert a video to 4K if the maximum quality is 1080p?
No, it is not possible to enhance the original quality of a video. If a YouTube video is only available in 1080p, you cannot convert it to 4K. The conversion always respects the maximum quality available from the source. For example: a 720p video cannot become 1080p, and a 1080p video cannot become 4K. We always convert at the best quality available for the source video, but we don't create pixels that don't exist!
What is the difference between MP3 and MP3 HD?
Standard MP3 offers good audio quality for everyday use. MP3 HD offers superior audio quality with a higher bitrate, ideal for audiophiles or if you want the best possible quality for your audio files.
Is there a duration limit for FREE videos?
Yes, FREE members have a 25-minute limit per video. If you try to convert a longer video, a confirmation message will appear. Even if you confirm, only the first 25 minutes will be converted. PREMIUM members have no duration limit.

Is PREMIUM really prioritized?
Absolutely! PREMIUM members always go before FREE users. Even if 100 FREE users are waiting, your PREMIUM conversion will be processed first. It's the guarantee of a fast conversion every time.
What happens if multiple PREMIUM members convert at the same time?
All PREMIUM members remain prioritized over FREE members. Among PREMIUM users, it's first come, first served. But rest assured: even if other PREMIUM users are ahead of you, you'll always be processed before all FREE users!
How many conversions can I do per minute?
With FREE, you can do up to 3 conversions per minute. With PREMIUM, this limit goes up to 10 conversions per minute, more than 3 times more! Perfect for power users.

You can choose between a monthly subscription (5€/month) or yearly subscription (42€/year, i.e. 3.50€/month). Billing is automatic at each period.

We only accept Visa, Mastercard credit cards and PayPal. All payments are secure and processed confidentially.
Can I cancel my PREMIUM subscription at any time?
Yes, of course! You can cancel your PREMIUM subscription at any time from your account. You will continue to enjoy PREMIUM benefits until the end of your billing period, then you will automatically switch to FREE. No cancellation fees apply.
What happens if my payment fails?
In case of payment failure, we will send you an email to inform you of the issue. Your account will immediately revert to FREE until the payment issue is resolved.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied. For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time without fees. For yearly subscriptions, a prorated refund may be granted in certain cases.
Do the prices include taxes?
